Apollo Hospital - Allotment of Equity Shares

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has informed BSE that, in respect of issue of the Equity Shares to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to qualified institutions placement in terms of Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended, the Committee, on July 20, 2011, has decided to issue and allot 6,666,666 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 495 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 3,299,999,670/- (Rupees Three Billion Two Hundred Ninety Nine Million, Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy only).

The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the resolution in this regard.
